1. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product and on how much customization your program needs. Standard catalog items start at lower quantities than fully custom programs. Send us the specific item and your target quantity, and we will confirm the exact MOQ for that SKU together with our quotation.
2. Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes — samples are available across our product lines. Samples are quoted at a sample fee, and we share the specification sheet with the sample so you can verify materials, dimensions and finish before committing to production volume. Tell us which item you want to test and where it should be delivered.
3. Do you support custom logo, colours and packaging?
Yes. We provide OEM and ODM support, including custom logo printing, custom dimensions, fabric and colour selection, and custom retail packaging. Send your artwork or target specification and we will come back with feasibility and tooling requirements.
4. What is your production lead time?
Lead time depends on the item, order volume and the level of customization. Once your order is confirmed we issue a production schedule with key milestones. For seasonal programs we recommend placing orders well ahead of your selling season — contact us and we will advise the best ordering window for your market.
5. Which markets do you export to?
We ship to North America, Europe and Japan, among other markets. Every batch is tested for weather resistance and durability before shipping, so you can plan your retail program against predictable product quality rather than sample-only expectations.
6. What test reports and compliance documents can you provide?
Document availability differs by product and by destination market. Tell us the specific item and where it will be imported, and we will confirm which test reports and compliance documents apply to that item. We only share documents we actually hold for that product — we do not list certifications we cannot back up.
7. How do you control quality before shipment?
Quality comes first at Creda. We use top-grade weather-resistant materials, and every batch is tested for weather resistance and durability before shipping. Seams, zippers and frames are checked, including field testing on representative units. If your program requires inspection before shipment, tell us at the order stage so we can schedule production accordingly.
8. Do you supply distributors and brands, or end consumers?
Our business is wholesale and OEM/ODM supply. Our customers are distributors, retailers, importers and brands building their own camping programs — we are set up for container-volume and program-based supply rather than single-unit consumer sales.
9. How fast will I get a reply?
