Manufacturing & Sourcing
Manufacturing & Sourcing Capability
Creda is a sourcing and manufacturing partner for camping equipment. Part of the production runs in our own workshops, and the balance is placed with partner factories we select and audit ourselves — so you deal with one team accountable for cost, quality and lead time from brief to container.
What We Bring to an Order
Production capability in-house, vetted partner factories behind the rest, strict batch standards, and export experience across three continents.
In-House Production Capability
Our own team runs final assembly and packing. The remaining processes are handled by partner factories we select and audit ourselves.
Sampling & Development
Samples are developed against your brief — not pulled from a catalogue — and validated before bulk production starts.
Batch Testing Before Shipment
Every batch is tested for weather resistance and durability before packing.
OEM & ODM Support
Logo, label, packaging, colourway and product configuration to your brand.
Export Experience
Shipping to North America, Europe and Japan with export documentation.
Visits, Audits & Video Tours
Visit our workshops and the partner facilities producing your order, or arrange a live video walkthrough of production and QC.
Equipment & Production Scope
Production covering camping gear from raw material to packed export cartons — part in our own workshops, part at vetted partner facilities.

What We Run In-House, and What Our Partners Run
We would rather be precise than impressive. Here is exactly how responsibility is divided on a Creda order.
| Stage | Who runs it | What that means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Specification & sign-off | Creda defines the specification and approves the sample | Your brief becomes a buildable specification, and the approved sample becomes the reference standard. |
| Fabric cutting, sewing, metalwork, moulding | Vetted partner factory | Selected and audited by us; produced to the approved specification. |
| Sampling & sample making | Vetted partner factory, to Creda’s brief | Made against your brief rather than pulled from a catalogue, and validated before bulk production. |
| Final assembly & packing | Our own workshop | The production stage we run ourselves, with our own operators. |
| Pre-shipment inspection & loading | Routine agreed by Creda before production | We agree the inspection routine up front and stay the single party answerable for quality and loading. |
How We Select and Audit Partner Factories
Sourcing is only as good as the factories behind it. This is the process every partner goes through before it touches your order.
Screening — business licence, export records and process fit are checked before a factory is considered.
On-site assessment — our team visits the facility to review equipment, capacity, workforce and existing QC practice.
Sample validation — the factory must produce a sample that passes our inspection before it is approved for bulk orders.
Continuous monitoring — in-process and pre-shipment inspections on every order, with re-assessment if performance drops.
Documented accountability — quality standards, packing requirements and corrective actions are recorded in writing, not agreed verbally.
How We Control Quality
A three-stage inspection routine follows every order — at our own workshops and at the partner factories producing it — so defects are caught early rather than at the loading dock.
IQC — Incoming Quality Control
Fabric, poles, wheels and hardware are checked against the approved specification before they enter production. Non-conforming material is rejected at this stage.
IPQC — In-Process Quality Control
Dimensions, stitching and assembly are checked at defined points during production, so defects are caught while the order is running rather than at the end.
OQC — Outgoing Quality Control
Finished goods are inspected before packing. Every batch is tested for weather resistance and durability, and packing is checked against your artwork.
Materials & Testing
We work with industry-standard outdoor fabrics and high-strength frame alloys, testing for real outdoor conditions.
| Area | What We Work With | What We Check |
|---|---|---|
| Fabric | [待主理人填: 如 600D Oxford / polyester] | Tear strength, coating adhesion, colour fastness |
| Frames & Poles | [待主理人填: 如 steel / aluminium] | Load capacity, joint durability |
| Hardware & Parts | [待主理人填: 如 wheels, zips, buckles] | Function cycles, corrosion resistance |
Standard Material Baseline
The material specifications published on our product pages include high-density 600D Oxford cloth, reinforced steel and aluminium tubing, and load ratings up to 150 kg on wagons and camp chairs. Confirm the target specification for your model with our team before sampling.
Working With Us: OEM & ODM
Transparent 6-step project execution from initial technical brief to final container delivery.
Brief
You send capacity, use case, artwork, destination market and quantity band.
Feasibility
We confirm materials, construction and timeline in writing.
Sampling
A sample is produced against the agreed specification — in our own workshop or on a nominated partner line — and shipped for your review.
Approval
One consolidated change list, then sign-off as the reference standard.
Production
Bulk runs with in-process inspection at defined checkpoints, coordinated by us regardless of which facility produces the order.
Shipment
Final inspection, packing check, and export shipping documents.
From Sample to Bulk: What Stays Fixed
Once a sample is approved, it becomes the reference standard. Bulk production is checked against it for fabric weight and colour, dimensions, stitching, hardware function and packing. Any change requested after approval is documented and re-confirmed in writing — so what arrives matches what you signed off, not whatever the line happened to produce.
From Fabric to Container
The stages your order moves through — material handling, assembly, packing, consolidation and loading.

Tent Sewing & Stitching
Stitching of flysheets and inner canopies.

Fabric Cutting & Staging
Pattern cutting and staging ahead of assembly.

Metal Processing
Tube bending and frame preparation for wagons and camp furniture.

Carton Packing & Staging
Master carton packing and staging ahead of loading.

Consolidation Before Shipment
Consolidation and buffer staging for mixed orders.

Container Loading
Loading and container check before dispatch.
One Point of Accountability
Your contract, your quality standard and your shipping schedule are with Creda — not with an unnamed factory behind a broker. If a batch does not meet the approved standard, we are the party that answers for it: rework, replacement or credit is handled with us, and our partner factories are managed by us, not by you.
Visit Us, or Audit the Production
We welcome visits and third-party audits — at our own workshops and at the partner factories producing your order. If travelling is not practical, we can arrange a live video walkthrough of production and the QC stations, so you can see the process before you commit to an order.
Certifications & Test Reports
[待主理人填: 真实持有认证证书扫描件与检测报告编号。未取得前保留下方能力表述,不加具体认证名]
Tell us your destination market and we will confirm which tests apply and supply the corresponding reports — for example REACH or CPSIA-related testing for the EU and US, or Japanese market requirements. Where a certificate is required rather than a test report, we will confirm with you whether it can be issued and by whom, before you order.
Frequently Asked Questions
Clear answers on how we work, OEM customization, and order lead times.
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
Creda is a trading company with in-house production capability. Our own team runs final assembly and packing, and the balance of production is placed with partner factories we select and audit ourselves — all under one contract, one QC routine and one shipping schedule. Tell us the product and we will tell you exactly which processes run in our own workshop and which run at a partner factory.
What is your production capacity?
Capacity depends on the product line and the season. Send your target quantity and delivery window and we will confirm a production schedule in writing before you order.
Can I visit or audit the factory?
Yes. We arrange visits and third-party audits at our own workshops and at the partner factories producing your order, and we can set up a live video walkthrough if travel is not practical.
Do you develop new products, or only produce existing models?
Both. We can produce an existing platform under your brand, or develop a new configuration from your brief or your own sample.
How do you handle quality before shipment?
Materials are checked on arrival, production is inspected at defined checkpoints, and every batch is tested for weather resistance and durability before packing.
Do you own the factories that produce my order?
Not all of them, and we would rather say so. Part of the production runs in our own workshop; the rest is produced by partner factories we select, audit and monitor. Either way, you contract with us and we remain accountable for the specification, the quality and the shipping schedule — that is the point of working with a single partner.
